I had an amazing one-night stay where the staff went above and beyond, even preparing my room three hours early! The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and it had a refreshing scent throughout the hotel. Plus, the location was quietly close to the Story Bridge, making it perfect for leisurely walks. My only suggestion would be to provide an easy after-hours drop-off for the room key when leaving early.
